We process all our Hardwood logs into two cubic metre approx purpose-made wooden crates, which are vented all round and dry wood effectively. Crates are then stored outside until moisture content is down to 20% or below, we then empty the crate onto a 3.5-ton tipper lorry and deliver the wood loose to customers premises.
We deliver throughout central Scotland with free delivery from a twenty mile radius from our yard for 2 cubic metres and over.
We have hardwoods coming in all year round from our forestry/arboriculture business, we check moisture content on every box prior to delivery, if we don't have dry enough wood we don't sell it, we have a good system that we usually don't run out of dry wood, as we are constantly processing wood all year round.
It is always a good idea to stock up in summer months. All our new customers always return for further supplies as we pride ourselves on the quality of our hardwoods and service.
Price for two cubic metres approx. delivered within 20 mile radius of yard; £120.00.
We will supply one cubic metre at £60 but would have to charge delivery, the amount depending on the area.
Most customers take 2 cubic metres.
